“Across the River” PA Real Estate Exam class

Agents currently licensed in a state other than Pennsylvania may apply for the Pennsylvania real estate license without having to take both exams required of new license applicants. They only have to take the examination on PA real estate laws, regulations and practices. Using the textbook “Across the River” as a guide, this fast-paced three-hour class covers every aspect of the PA licensing laws—which are very different from those of neighboring states. Delivered via Zoom Meetings, so anybody can attend the class, regardless of their location.

The NJ Supplemental Course

For persons licensed in states other than New Jersey and who earned their license in a state that required fewer than 75 hours of pre-licensing education, the NJREC requires them to complete additional classes that bring their total up to 75 hours. This 15-hour “Supplemental” course meets the requirements established by the NJ Real Estate Commission for licensees from states such as Pennsylvania wishing to apply for the Education Waiver as they apply for a New Jersey Salesperson license.
